Frequently Asked questions & information

  • What's the problem

Over time, wells deteriorate, parts malfunction, and water quality decreases. Rather than focusing solely on water treatment, it's important to inspect the source — the well itself. With a downhole camera inspection, we’re able to assess the condition of the well casing, water condition and overall structure, identifying issues such as biofouling, mineral buildup, structural damage, or other causes of contamination and poor performance.

By addressing the root of the problem, we can recommend targeted solutions — whether it's cleaning, rehabilitation, or component replacement — that improve both water quality and system efficiency. This approach ensures a more sustainable, long-term solution than simply treating symptoms at the surface.

  • How to clean your well

Is your water not clear? Water treatment system not working? Have you cleaned your well lately?

Our Dual Tube & Air Lift Rehabilitation Program is a service we provide that supports the proper cleaning of a well. It is an advanced technique widely used in municipal and commercial well rehabilitation programs. It utilizes a dual-tube system combined with compressed air and a venturi tool to dislodge and remove accumulated sediment and debris from the well. High-velocity air is injected through the inner tube, creating a lifting action that carries water and loosened materials up and out of the well. This continuous circulation and evacuation process effectively cleans the well without the use of chemicals, restoring hydraulic connectivity and improving both water flow and overall yield.
